Upper management needs to come and see what we have to deal with on a daily basis , it's not all cut and dry . They all think everything is perfect , like some sort of fantasy Island , realistically it's not , day to day anymore is a grind we try to make all stores like some sort of cookie cutter format , it should not be the case , all stores demographics are different . I think they we need to keep upper management in the positions longer to understand and grasp from their mistakes this means across the board , from retail pricing to distribution . I feel 20 years ago we was so much better in the way we treat our employees which in turn made a great customer experience. A happy employee environment means a happy and returning customer
