The only thought on my mind when I walk in the door is "What time do I leave?" And my most common thought throughout the day is "I'm tires and I want to go home."
Communication and appreciating the employees
Review from Customer Support Dept

What kind of people does Kroger like to hire?
"Yes" men/women, dummies, go-alongs, ethically-challenged, rump smoochers, and those who are willing to abandon critical thinking and intelligence. If you're good with evil, you'll fit right in.
Desperate. I've seen people hired quickly through our job fair. Then let go 3 weeks later when the background check comes in. If you have a record and didn't say anything during hiring phase seem to be a auto fail. If reported most can be worked with or around. But that is the discretion of the management. That mostly look at availability and need of workers. If they are desperate they will work with just about anyone. There is a 2 month probation after hire. Where they can let you got for any reason and not have to explain it to the union.
