Kroger has CEO and higher management come into stores with no grasp of how they are ran or the difficulties employees face which gives them the persona of lack of compassion. Kroger should try to promote from within and put the correct people in the right jobs
I trust the CEO to make smart business moves. He has shown great intelligence through several acquisitions. Kroger as a whole does logistics very well. They need to improve on taking care of their employees.
I can’t speak for how well the ceo does his job because quite frankly they need to work within the stores and see what departments need the most help
They have the utmost respect for our CEO and it shows in the work culture there, remember most of us are customers too.
They would probably like the CEO a lot more if the starting pay was a living wage there.
Okay but not very Team friendly Pushing for more investor profit than associate minded team work
Passionate and easy to approach. Does a good job.
Not well liked. Stop hiring managers that aren’t qualified
Pay your workers better
