People seem stressed all over the store. By far this is the least welcoming and friendly place I've ever worked with the exception of the HR person who is very inspiring and cheerful. Maybe don't overburden people with pointless data entry and they'd be happier.

The company needs to read & absorb these pointless surveys. Also, Fresh Start is a JOKE.
Manager's that operate on the overall company ethics and policies and not treat human beings as numbers. There is zero connection between any of these managers and we're all completely expendable without a thought.
New leadership could help ,only cares about how good she looks
Reasonable pay increase, provide more than the bare minimum to do our jobs, like: enough loaders, Zebras, staff.

Remove the current managers. Have a better screening process for them. Hold them accountable
Realism. There's a disconnect between levels of the company. The lowest level faces these problems that store management hasn't necessarily ever experienced themselves. Perfect store walks means that executives only see perfect stores and not the cracks in the foundation. This creates an illusion

We need people who want to move forward in the bussiness and actually have grocery bussiness experience they have to understand the bussiness
