the executive leadership team and CEO are clearly not doing a great job. Tens of thousands of hardworking people being laid off so that robots or non english speak that will work for $2 a day can take over. It is and will be a complete disaster for AT&T. Customers hate our automated/vendors

Improve customer experience by providing a one stop place for a customer to get help speaking with a human, not an IVR. Onboarding needs to be made easy, activation or registration should be as easy as receiving a new credit card and activating that. MGT needs to promote/support growth in reports
