The feeling that my superiors care about me as a person drops off after my AVP. I know my boss, my director, and my AVP generally know/care about my wellbeing, but I think my superiors higher than that think of me as another number/salary to pay out. I think that should change

the executive leadership team and CEO are clearly not doing a great job. Tens of thousands of hardworking people being laid off so that robots or non english speak that will work for $2 a day can take over. It is and will be a complete disaster for AT&T. Customers hate our automated/vendors

Improve customer experience by providing a one stop place for a customer to get help speaking with a human, not an IVR. Onboarding needs to be made easy, activation or registration should be as easy as receiving a new credit card and activating that. MGT needs to promote/support growth in reports

Our retirement plan is awful, our medical benefits are getting worse every single year I've already get paid below average here now add the extra cost of living in Florida we are a paycheck away from being homeless.

I go above and beyond on a daily basis, and no one sees this but my immediate manager. I think more money would make me feel better.

Would love to see a re-evaluation of my area cost of hiring should not be the only basis to calculate base salary, cost of living and inflation should be added. The rate of inflation and percent of salary increase is only being equalized

stop trusting poorly designed and inept ai to replace experienced career professionals. stop jacking up the prices on our most loyal customers just because you can when the cost of doing business has been greatly reduced. if AT&T had any integrity at all, STOP OUTSOURCING TO SHADY SALESPEOPLE
