Phone interviews are inadequate for identifying quality personnel but very cheap. However, the churning of employees is very costly but no one cares. Customers bear the brunt of it. Paying top dollar for bottom dollar service is not a sustainable business model.

Our CEO has lost his mind, and no one seems to be giving him the tough love he needs.

We are stuck in the Stone Age in terms of technology-they should update all systems since we are #1. There is severely lacking diversity and in leadership roles-hire BIPOC into leadership. The sole focus is on metrics-focus not only on numbers but the actual work and your actual employees.
