Friendly and professional but are not efficient or effective as they could be.

Hard workers that place Customers needs above all else

We help each other but lack of experience and extremely high turnover (for decades) makes any kind of team work awkward.

What company meetings? They could care less how we feel

Everyone is very smart and open about their understanding.

We all work together to get the job done. Despite management, above our supervisor, not having a clue as to what are jobs entail. We have been told that they dont need to know what we do because they only need to know how to manage people! How do you "manage" workers when you dont know specificly

My team is fantastic and I am good friends with many of my coworkers. Commiserating about how much we hate our job helps us get through the day and without them I would have left the company a year ago. We all work together to do our best to solve problems that our lackluster training never covered

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

All team memebers should be present and contributing. When management shows favortism and allows a manager to constantly be out yet still gain from co-workers efforts it creates animosity

Meetings are pointless. State Farm makes changes for the sake of changes without purpose.

Stop talking about each other in a negative way

Stop letting the same person run everything in office. Let others have a chance to talk or host a meeting.

Everyone just gets the state farm bug and becomes real jerks. After never being told you do your job well i guess that happens

I work remote and feel ostersized

Work within a corporate structure and retain experienced employees.

Coworkers are overworked, underpaid, under trained and micromanaged so badly that it makes everyone hate their job and nobody wants to be there. It's not a coworker problem, it's a management problem that will never improve with the way they do things and promote managers for the wrong reasons.

That would depend what upon what changes are made. It is no longer team work.

There is nothing they have the power to do

to be treated like human beings by the agent & corporate & to understand WE are the ones who talk to the insures & help them. So we would like to get the pay we worked for & treated like people!
