I work at Ge Aviation. I’m extremely impressed by my leaders Tim and John Bowman. They are such positive leaders and inspire us workers. Everyone at our site has great respect for Tim our plant leader. Our program leaders respect our input and let us as a team make many decisions, proud of our site.

All the integrity & letter thing works only against you, when a decision is made, they do not respect you. Words are given easily and then forgotten in a blick of a second. Fairness is on paper... this company is managed by 3rd class finance and hr managers

A hard reset is needed and get rid of these clueless finance people managing everything in the company

Negative oppressing strict militant company. Only allows 5 minutes late for entire week with out receiving written discipline. Also located in heavest traffic area. Always an issue. Only 30 minutes for lunch makes it extremely difficult to return from lunch on time. Improve with Cafe
