Communication about the work going on in the area
Review from Product Dept

We're always working to improve our communications (this feedback being one example), so thank you for letting us know!
we all work well together when the managers are't breathing on the backs of necks
Review from Product Dept
We could work together better if we were a self directed work force like we were before instead of being micromanaged all the time
Review from Operations Dept
Better communication skills between all three shifts with both hourly and salary.
Hold them accountable for their actions when not doing the job right, don't just move people around.
Review from Product Dept
Communicate to be more helpful to one another
Assure them when they have questions. Teach them when they lack the knowledge to perform their job. Encourage them to push aside Management's feeling about them and do your best for yourself. Feel good about completing a job or fixing equipment. You will rarely get positive feedback from management.
Review from Engineering Dept
Look beyond the silo they're in.
Review from Operations Dept
I work in HR and the co-workers are arrogant and horrible about employees.
Review from HR Dept
Success is a team sport. Put away the ego
Coworkers need to pride in their as well as be motivated to do there jobs and managers need to enforce this because it puts a strain on the relationships of coworkers
Review from Operations Dept
Co-workers are great and are mostly in the same situation as me. I think the problem is executives.
Review from Engineering Dept
We need a large raise.
Review from Product Dept
Most of the newer hired employees have zero skills and for lack of a better word are young/ignorant. Most of them are also family to company people which further infuriates older employees who actually had to have 5 years of experience and pass multiple tests just to be considered.
Review from Product Dept
Work better at knowing company procedures and how to gain influence over changes being forced upon by managing teams. So as to help those who are responsible for making changing decisions understand the extent of the effects they will have
