What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There is no "leadership". Managers and executives change jobs every two years and never have to face the consequences of their decisions. They ignore the people that stay in place, make arbitrary and counter-productive decisions, then leave for the next whirlwind to tear things down again.

Get externally focussed than being inward focussed

Clarity and long term planning

Read the low reviews their is a reason people leave them this place is lacking in real leadership. Nobody is held accountable in leadership and nepotism is horrible amongst the ranks.

please check for management auditing

Need to fire all of the blasters.

they are very self centered and no one stands up for the true benefit of the employees

Recognizing employee insights and ideas, working collectively with their team members, being transparent

Review from Engineering Dept

Come down from your ivory towers to normal business life !

Review from Operations Dept

Leadership does not care about this company anymore

Review from IT Dept

Communication with the factory workers

Review from Product Dept

Respecting expertise from upper management

Common sense and employee relations

Review from Operations Dept

Leadership is rather poor and incompetent

Review from Executive Dept

Communication between one another on the job

Making leadership decisions that make sound business sense, instead of decisions that ultimately end up running the company into the ground. The whole Transportation Division is being divested from the company. That’s a result of very poor leadership for the past couple decades!

Review from Product Dept

No transparency. Will not address concerns. Mask the truth from employees. Only concerned about what higher management wants. Do not recognize people's strengths and does not utilize them.

Review from Engineering Dept

They must get better with basic logic

Review from Operations Dept

Developing their people. Train people to get ready for their next progressive step. They are also too short sighted.

Review from Operations Dept

All need tired and start over.
