What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviewer should understand what the candidate knows and hire accordingly

I filled out a resume and selected I was disabled interviewed then got ghosted. Never heard bad job was taken off the board and reposted a month later. Whats going oh with that should I apply again or chaulk this up as discrimination.

Big roles are frequently posted but the hiring manager has already selected their protege and by policy has to go through the interview process. Integrity theater. They've also introduce quotas. I'm all for fairness in the hiring process where ALL candidates are considered

Have somebody knowing the industry, recruitment team is clueless
