I work with out going coworkers and our job feels very stress free.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of the best sites I’ve ever worked at. Often jokes about how nice we have it and how stress free our careers are.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all enjoy what we do. Our environment is so relaxed and stress free it makes our job feel like it’s not a job. I made a joke that it feels like I work with High School friends because we laugh all the time and love working together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I work at Ge Aviation. I’m extremely impressed by my leaders Tim and John Bowman. They are such positive leaders and inspire us workers. Everyone at our site has great respect for Tim our plant leader. Our program leaders respect our input and let us as a team make many decisions, proud of our site.
