I've grown a fair bit in the 2 years I've been here. I'm an executive so this may differ quite a bit from other reviews.
What makes you most happy at work?
Talkijng to customers and solving massive problems.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Integrity and grit are abundant.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My base is pretty good
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was relatively quick and enforced making good connections prior to on boarding.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most people care deeply about the firm and our success. Lots of passion about digital.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd like a market-competitive offering on equity and much more coverage for health, dental, etc. Could easily go somewhere else with far better benefits. 401k match could be stronger as well. all this would be solved by a large equity pool, though.
