I work at Ge Aviation. I’m extremely impressed by my leaders Tim and John Bowman. They are such positive leaders and inspire us workers. Everyone at our site has great respect for Tim our plant leader. Our program leaders respect our input and let us as a team make many decisions, proud of our site.

I think my salary is fair, but I count on my VIC to get me to the total comp I feel i deserve
