What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Holding individuals accountable for there own actions instead of holding everyone accountable for a few people. All this does is hurt the morale of the better portion of the workforce. It also causes tension which could lead to losing a good employee.

CCR operator has much more responsibility than outside operators with the same pay and they removed the pension which is causing a lot of experienced employees to leave and go to jobs with pension

I am getting ready to retire but Spruance Dupont is an amazing Company I have truly been blessed I have nothing bad to say about the company I am grateful for the opportunity to work as long as I have truly grateful.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The work ethic is among the worst ive ever seen. There aren't any consequences for insubordination. People literally come to work and do nothing for 12 hours. Even worse, our better to best work ethic employees are a small minority. They lean on us few and the rest get paid just for showing up.

The answer is still accountability for your bad apples. Stop holding everyone accountable for your bad apples and just get the terrible employees better or replace them. Otherwise, veterans like me, with 15-20 yrs experience will continue to test the waters elsewhere. It just hurts the company

We continue to do the same dumb stuff over and over. Mangers, engineers, technical change every 3-4 years. Always reinventing the wheel

We try to stay positive, but you take away our retirement, don't give us a raise, want to force us left and right and cut benefits and raise deductibles! How freaking positive can I be!

The wrong i been working as a contactor for more than a year there's other co-workers that they are been here for up to 10 years as a contactor employee, i believed that we deserve been hire up with DuPont company.
