Intelligent, hard working, team collaboration and leadership.
We have reatively diverse team with various experiences. Interaction in general means that we can iscuss ideas and have fun and productive talks. As for the meetings, in general, I'd say most meetings are not productive though some are well managed.

When it existed, they were dedicated and professional and able to take on substantial goals. Too bad that team was disbanded with the Dow transition "Youth ahead of experience"

Too many meetings and too many meetings lacking results.
Too much focus on diversity and not enough on productivity...check the box is more important than selling the box.

They are fine, but a little secretive about their research practices.
The work ethic is among the worst ive ever seen. There aren't any consequences for insubordination. People literally come to work and do nothing for 12 hours. Even worse, our better to best work ethic employees are a small minority. They lean on us few and the rest get paid just for showing up.
