A better personal goal multiplier for bonus. The highest that is ever giving is meets or a 1. Never more than 100% of the business target therefore if the market tanks and your did well, you are out of luck.

They are fine, but a little secretive about their research practices.
The work ethic is among the worst ive ever seen. There aren't any consequences for insubordination. People literally come to work and do nothing for 12 hours. Even worse, our better to best work ethic employees are a small minority. They lean on us few and the rest get paid just for showing up.

Here, we are medium sized company and I find that to be one of the best models. I've been in 1000+ employees plants where I hardly knew people I worked with. I've been in small family businesses where it was too hectic to work. Medium size allows me to get to know people while maintaining good pace.

Remove CEO and give to someone who wants the company to succeed not just create value for shareholders.
More people are needed to continue growth and prosperity. committing to employees needs should take prescident over shareholders and CEO compensation, otherwise more good people will leave.
Everything about the corporate vision is wrong. How can it be improved? Remove greedy executives like Ed Breen who care only about shareholder value and not about the success of the company, it's employees, or the state of scientific progress.
