This place was ok to work at 25+ years ago, but the morale of the workers is at a all time low, therefore the product isn't the best it could be. No communication between management and workers. They alao feel the best way to get things done is to threaten your job, micro manage, harass.

Treat the workers better show some support and appreciation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been ar the company for 25+ years and make less then new hire because i switched jobs.
