Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
DuPont took away stock purchase plans, stock awards, pension and merit increase. If they could take away my paycheck they would do that too.

Too much focus on diversity and not enough on productivity...check the box is more important than selling the box.

Better management, no more nepotism and equality for all

All research has been cut. If it's not making money now, it's gone. In a few years when new products are needed we'll be in trouble.
