Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
An inner clique of leaders with previous relationships at other companies were hired and promoted before those loyal to ADP. I would feel better if I were paid in the top tier for my position instead of the middle range.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It’s very political and the people that should be aware of employees are treated are unaware. Managers treat employees as if they are not worthy. Managers are secretive without providing information to employees to better be able to do their work. It’s definitely not an equal opportunity environment
