What do you like best about the leadership team?

The Team has a vision, and we are aware of the roadmap to achieve that.

They hold round table meetings with lower level staff.

engaging, and are open to suggestions

The team has a clear vision for everyone.

Their clear vision, support growth, foster collaboration, and lead with empathy, creating an environment where employees feel valued, heard, and empowered to succeed and innovate, rather than just manage. Strong leaders provide direction, model positive behavior, and help teams overcome challenges.

They see the human side

She CARES for her team

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leaders are supposed to provide a vision for the future that employees can get behind and attempt some sort of roadmap towards that goal. This shouldn't be tied to KPIs or goals for profitability, which is always the focus during calls, standups and meetings.

Stop pushing AI down the throat of everyone.

Review from Engineering Dept

listening not to only the associates but the clients

Review from Customer Support Dept

Look for talent everywhere again. Newest PRS were taught payroll at ADP? No prior payroll knowledge? How is that better than hiring knowledgable staff. Remotely if no talent in cities. When positions aren't filled hybrid open to remote staff for transfers.

Review from Operations Dept

Generating a vision for the company and providing leadership beyond financial goals.

To be objective when it comes to the promotion and not to have preferences for the country they represent.

There should be decision making based on associate feedback and input. Actions are not being taken on rather severe issues raised.

Review from Operations Dept

get to know better our problems and duties

Review from HR Dept

Undervaluing the work of collegues in East Germany in comparison to collegues in West Germany

Review from Communications Dept

there is lot of favoritism in ADP and all the awards and rewards are given those employees who manager likes though they are way worse at doing thier day-to-day work

Review from IT Dept

communication & transparency - more legitimate focus on the people and less on the dividends

Communicating in a way that builds trust.

Stop asking us to manipulate stats to give 'sea of green' dashboard. Its uncomfortable & creating stats that mean nothing as they are fake. I am a strong believer in the power that statistics have & how useful they can be but what we are being asked to do by our Service Dir makes a mockery of it all

Get to know my duties and my problems better

Review from HR Dept

transparency in their communication to the company

Review from Operations Dept

We've already lost many of the people who joined when I did and some that joined before/after I did. During larger scale meetings the messaging is the same. We are at X percent for Y. We need to be at Z so keep pushing. No vision. No incentive. No details (at least most the time).

Review from Operations Dept

Talk to the people at associate level at least once in a year and understand their views on improvements, ideas, innovation, and value creation. Conduct staff meetings and one on ones.

Review from IT Dept

Leadership believes spouting numbers and statistics at the employees and then saying we did well or need to do better is motivation. We have several touchpoints with higher ups each quarter and it feels like the company leadership is dead in the water. ADP is floating on regular EEs hard work.

Review from Operations Dept

valuing people that do not want to be managers

Review from Customer Success Dept

communication and transparency as well as being more cutting edge
