I think in - team recognition may help; there is NPS and TNPS -- but what about coworkers fully utilizing mymoments? some of my team members have NEVER used that, some going on 3 years with ADP. Clear expectations for backing each other up, and not dodging cases and then transfering cases

They don't need to improve anything, they are the way they are and I am the way I am and we have to respect each other the way we are.
I feel some folks were promoted into managers roles for the wrong reason and were not ready. they are doing the day to day stuff not managing their staff which impacts other teams we need better communication and collaboration
They need to learn to do their own job and not worry about others
our entire culture has become very toxic - our director focussing on stats that don't mean anything - numbers over quality
My team is stretched out all over the US. I don't really know them. The way they present themselves in meetings and on chats aren't always what I would say best foot forward. I have had people that I thought that before and once I actually met them, it was a different experience.
Co-workers need an accounting background, in order to do payroll
