In my department - a shuffle up. Everything including the org structure has remained pretty much the same for over 10 years and it's demotivating. New Senior leadership come in (external), no interest in finding out what we do as a business, strips the 'human' side out & is only interested in stats

Multiple, most importantly need to be clear with what is expected. Need to be involved when requested which is not happening. Compensation & benefits should be according to market conditions and not just go by your own pace all the time. New joiners get better compensation than us.
