The people doing the interviews were very experienced and knew what they were talking about (40 years ago).
it is more like discussions and not like interview.
Meeting with the team that I was interviewing to be on rather than just one person/the manager
Actually, the difficulty was a positive thing. I was interviewd about a lot of very detailed apsects of the job and it was obvious that the manager knew what he was asking. Such an interview left me with a very positive feeling. When asked whether I want to join the team, the answer was easy - YES!
it was done virtual so i wasnt nervous a lot
Non star process questions were used and helpful in determining if I would like the job
The openness that everyone I interacted with demonstrated.
Thorough interviews followed by five evenings of problem solving
Two in person interviews, fair and process was quick
Very complete, difficult and sharp questions
Review from Operations Dept
Relatively efficient. In one visit met everyone from HR, to potential peers, potential direct manager and the manager's manager.
Review from Marketing Dept
The questions that were being asked
Review from Marketing Dept
Very informative and well versed in protocol
Review from Business Development Dept
I had a bit of an unusual process because I came in through on-campus recruiting but it was the care that went into getting to know me and the opportunities I had to get to know the company.
