One of the few places i have worked yhat management is actuallu human and cared what we went thru. I got stuck during there during a natural disaster and the corporate and store leader called me personally to make sure i was ok. They also have a fund to help associates with hardships.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been promised full time employment for months now based on my hard work and efficiency. The managers take advantage of people who are willing to work hard and only make $11 and hour.

Temperamental changes. All need to perfect their own strongest qualities and then add them to the puzzle to make a smooth, working machine. Communication is key, and it is poor.

Sales need to increase and the pets need to be more well cared for. Need to increase actual liscenesed veterinarian presence and include far more protocols concerning employee and animal/pet overall health.
