I like how my salon manager has my back mostly but as for the store manager, they slack off and do not prepare new people well. They throw the responsibility of training someone onto people who are too busy to properly do so.

Mileage varies greatly between stores. Some are good, some are terrible. All will tell you what you want to hear while not being allowed to make changes.

Communication is key for management staff. Managers would state to others how much they disliked one employee for a lack of reason, and retaliate against said employee. Serious rethinking of Communication and morale needs to be done.
