I've always believed a person's work should speak for itself. At walmart it absolutely does NOT. It's all in who you know. I out preform every person making more than me in my dept. Managers included. But they refuse to make me full time after 8 months. Because I have no friends in management.

Getting paid for how much workload i can handle sounds fair to me, but instead i do all of my coworkers jobs while they take extra 15 minutes breaks and sometimes extra lunches.

There was not much of an interview. Merely tolde in order to get hired I had to completely open up my availability. Since it was the beginning of COVID, I did, but then I could not get any Sundays off. I am lucky to have 2 days off in a row.
