Never understood why only union employees get free insurance it should be all UPS employees

The system used for individual raises is ridiculous. full time supervisor rate their pt sups mid and end of year. the reviews are looked at as a chore for the FT sups and their feedback is cookie-cutter. The raises depend on that feedback, upper management does not show interest in rectifying.

Our pay is good, but as of recent. Our pay is not enough to counter the added work load as well as the mental and physical exhaustion.

They are excellent people kind and outgoing for the benefit of others. SUPERVISORS ARE NOT MY COWORKERS BUT THEY ARE THE ONLY ISSUE WITH THE COMPANY

Most of our team is not on the aame page. Most of our team is very competitive woth one anotber where information is not shared. Our team could be better through better communication and transparency.

we need to be honest and not just push good employees to be better. some people do everything abd there is others who literally do nothing. but always harrasing the good employees to do better and "forgetting and hiding" the bad employees, especially during audits

Well first off they could stop being ignorant and actually help others when they are getting overwhelmed with work. It happens way to often that someone is one their phone while someone is getting destroyed on the sort aisle. They could be faster. Aware of surroundings. I could go on forever

Interviews are mostly conducted by employees without the appropriate training. There should be specially trained staff for this.

In the past, planning was only associated with savings. This led to shortages of labor and material. Clearly more emphasis must be placed on service and quality here.

Worry about freaking safety and our employees and customers before the bottom line. Some stuff is going to cost money sometimes. it happens

The work load doesn't allow the driver to properly service the customer anymore, and to have that "face of the company" approach. It's become "here's your stuff, go away".
