Been here 4 1/2 years make $8.25 overnight. I am the only one who can lift anything over 40lbs, operate the forklifts and electric pallet jacks and the only one who can make a bale because the ejactor pin so broken. If any calls off I automatically aquire they're work load. We need restructured.
