The way the younger team members look up to me and confide in me. Thats it

We are all inclusive towards race/ethnicity/sexuality and general expressions of self.
The only Positive thing out of this company is being able to work with coworkers I enjoy. But otherwise I cry everyday before coming into work, scared I will be ridiculed and constantly abused. We have asked for HR to look into this issue but they have never been contacted.
