What do you like best about the leadership team?

A couple of the managers were really on the ball at understanding what workers did the best at their jobs.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicate, stop bullying and belittling the team, listen to the ground level workers ideas as they are the Frontline and understand the challenges better than someone who sits in the office 8 hours a day

Communication between management and the anount of workload dumped on team members

need to be better at Communicating

Being on schedule with things, getting help from a higher office when overwhelmed, rostering etc

everything. they have no intelligence whatsoever

supporting new staff on entry instead of shunting me

Understanding what is really happening in stores

Empathy, Caring about each individual member of the team, Stop yelling at employees, Cliques within management, Favouritism, Not treating us as numbers, AWFUL training/ If an employee fail its because you failed to care.

Reading and acknowledging the availability and mental health of their staff.

Everything possible. Bullying in the workplace is not ok

Morale boosts frequent and often. I've seen the benefits because I do try to keep morale high and frequently give and try to boost employee morale as s whole. Individually its much more difficult.

To have a long term strategy for what stores offer and carry. Also, listen to and use employee feedback.

The company should focus on the employees and customers. they have lost their customer base and take advantage of long term employees. low pay , no raises, and no incentive for them to try and do more
