Communicate, stop bullying and belittling the team, listen to the ground level workers ideas as they are the Frontline and understand the challenges better than someone who sits in the office 8 hours a day

Everything possible. Bullying in the workplace is not ok
Morale boosts frequent and often. I've seen the benefits because I do try to keep morale high and frequently give and try to boost employee morale as s whole. Individually its much more difficult.
To have a long term strategy for what stores offer and carry. Also, listen to and use employee feedback.
