What do you like best about the leadership team?
Pretty darn impressive benefits and financial goodies. Like they recently announced we can get vacation pay for a day during the month of our birthday with no subtraction from our accruals. The thing is after regular daily shifts most of us leave the building pretty grumpy.

Benefit package is quite good

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a PGA golf professional working in the golf dependent I feel I deserve to be getting comission on sales. Every service should get a little bonus as well

Brand new associates are paid better then seasoned ones that have put their time in and paid their dues. Very very poor raise system

When I am doing my job, I am fine. Not great, not happy, but just fine. But I'm continually doing medial tasks. Benefits are mediocre at best, it feels like they had to give us something because the law said so. After a month, I realized I NEVER want to grow with the company.

On paper job responsibilities do not match what actual workloads are and additional responsibilities are not taken into consideration in regards to compensation. Other retailers pay considerably higher for the same or similar positions.

There is a major lack in communication and accountability. Emails when reaching out for help or guidance often go unacknowledged. It’s hard to progress when that’s the case.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company needs to layoff about half of the administrative jobs it has and dump that money into actually paying for an adequate number of employees at physical locations.

Upper management does not respect my work ethic. My work makes them look good and they need to respect me for that.

Management is absolutely horrible. They are rude and barely train employees.

Upper management is so focused on pushing numbers and nothing else. I have literally heard District Manager's say they want to see numbers and cheat if you have to.
