
Training the employees. Being more involved on the floor. Making employees feel like they want to be at work and not just show up for a paycheck.
Be more employee focused. Be more liberal to their employees. There's a reason why places like Apple and Starbucks are a couple of the happiest places to work.
Upper management is so focused on pushing numbers and nothing else. I have literally heard District Manager's say they want to see numbers and cheat if you have to.
When I am doing my job, I am fine. Not great, not happy, but just fine. But I'm continually doing medial tasks. Benefits are mediocre at best, it feels like they had to give us something because the law said so. After a month, I realized I NEVER want to grow with the company.
