I think the perks of the job could be better as far as discounts. You get discounts on somethings and not on others, orbthe discount is lower on certain things. Our markups are typically high enough that a better discount wouldn't hurt the bottom line and profits.

They need to stop changing their minds so quick and commit to what they say. Gm’s and VP’s say they gonna be at a store than don’t show up or show up ten minutes than leave. And the night before we stayed late to make sure everything was right for ten minutes or no on show up.
