What are some of the best things about your team?

Footwear team backs each other up when customer who's waiting for a shoe needs help at kiosk. But there's poor signage on how to look up requesting sneakers @ kiosk. Elderly folks want personal attention.

They all work hard, and are super customer forward

the personalities of my teammates are great, we all get along with the common struggle of oufr jobs being signifigantly harder than need be

we do not have meetings

Higher accountability with underperformance .

Indont have enough space, to say. there are a few coworkers that are the younger ones, who were defintely raised right, and are respectful and hard workers. they are the same all the time. i cant say that for majority of the employees and management they switch up all the time and act a majority

A lot of things on different levels

Practice giving everyone the opportunity to succeed

The managers in my store are all rude, and all like to pretend to be happy and love their job, and they try to force us to do the same. It's so humiliating and stressful to be told to smile, or constantly asked what's wrong, or if we are ok.

Stop running to manager and telling on your coworkers

being better at being a team.

Have a more positive attitude.

Better training and overall competent people

We are all too tense. Just waiting to be called on the radio so the ASM can tell us something else we did not do correctly. Then the ASM gives no instructions. We aren't teained but are expected to just know it.

No one cares about the work they do. It is a constant argument just to get the bare minimum out of them. Stop hiring children and get people in here who actually want to work

all employees are in survival mode to not get fired, not good team environment at all because everyone is encouraged to tell on eachother and lure others into doing things badly or wrong to get them caught

Respect. Not my equals, but my store manager has an appalling lack of respect. It makes all of us question how he obtained his position in the first place

If they would pay more attention to who actually does their jobs and are a team player when it's time to close or even help a customer then that would make a huge difference. Lots of employees here with the I dont care attitude of just showing up to get a check. Laziness across the board.
