What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? It's nice on my days off I can walk through store & say "hi" to everyone I know by name.
What are some of the best things about your team?Footwear team backs each other up when customer who's waiting for a shoe needs help at kiosk. But there's poor signage on how to look up requesting sneakers @ kiosk. Elderly folks want personal attention.
What makes you most happy at work?Selling and working with customers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Cross-teach teammates so employees who work in designated departments can help customers after forming a friendly bond with them in their department. Many elderly or overworked parents prefer to work with one trusted employee for other items across the store's inventory. Plus, it helps fill shifts!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?communication, accountability, planning, and overseeing
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The way they speak to people is very disheartening, espically when I show up to work and do the right thing.
