Some people get paid for doing nothing
My compensation is good, if I had to just cover my job. Not the work for 2-3 other associates.
Way UNDERVALUED. When the company treats a new hire (1 day-2 years) BETTER than a dedicated 20+year employee,,, that's F$CKED UP.

I do a lot of tasks that fall completely outside of my job description, making it hard for me to complete my actual job.
I think for the amount of customer service I do on a daily basis I should get paid more.

Receiving adequate compensation for the work I do. More than a 0.35 raise annually would be a great start.
I've been in my field for a very long time and I took a pay cut. It's a brand new store and we are all growing together. It is my hope once the dust settles and I understand everything I have to do, I can then have that conversation. Right now I understand the reason.

Higher pay for the work I am able to do around the entire store , had to train cashiers but at end of day getting paid the same as them. Other positions, new hires getting paid more then me . And not allowing me to change my schedule to work another job so I can get more money else where .
Better discounts. Higher pay for the leadership team
We have covid cases all around the store. A lot of us are covering extra shifts. The ASM has never thanked me for coming in extra. If she even notices I'm in the building. If I am covering shifts there should be suplemental pay.
They pay me to little for the work I do
Over qualified completely ignoring my pass experience.
I am on maternity leave/ short term disability. The money I make with my leave checks barely covers my bills and doesnt leave me money for my kid to get diapers and formula.
I dont think it's right to have everyone's salary the same, we should be paid on performance
