The company needs to layoff about half of the administrative jobs it has and dump that money into actually paying for an adequate number of employees at physical locations.

There needs to be more spot checking on assigned duties per department on takings. Better leadership in making co-workers help the designated areas of concern at closing time, like helping out the apparel dept with clean up. That dept meant is always hit hardest.

A number of customers bring children in to the store. Some take issue with the conversations that take place in front of their children. The presence of management nearby is one of the few things hat seems to deter employees from acting this way in front of customers

Moral at the store is horrible staffing needs to increase and so does paid training

My store manager is all about her. If it doesn't benefit her, she's not doing it. Even if it's better for the store as a whole. Being the newest key carrier, I was told by her, she doesn't even look at my requests off. In the same breath, I was told that my schedule is based others requests.
