Many of them are newer so I am learning about them
Review from Operations Dept
Their expectations are clear and attainable. They respond to questions immediately. My Manger regularly tells me I'm doing a great job. I'm new here and that means a lot to me. I came from a very toxic company, and the stress was overbearing. I feel safe and appreciated here. Thank you.

I don't have much of an opinion

Look for talent everywhere again. Newest PRS were taught payroll at ADP? No prior payroll knowledge? How is that better than hiring knowledgable staff. Remotely if no talent in cities. When positions aren't filled hybrid open to remote staff for transfers.
Review from Operations Dept
There should be decision making based on associate feedback and input. Actions are not being taken on rather severe issues raised.
Review from Operations Dept
transparency in their communication to the company
Review from Operations Dept
We've already lost many of the people who joined when I did and some that joined before/after I did. During larger scale meetings the messaging is the same. We are at X percent for Y. We need to be at Z so keep pushing. No vision. No incentive. No details (at least most the time).
Review from Operations Dept
Leadership believes spouting numbers and statistics at the employees and then saying we did well or need to do better is motivation. We have several touchpoints with higher ups each quarter and it feels like the company leadership is dead in the water. ADP is floating on regular EEs hard work.

The maximum for psychology. Mental health is important. The increase helped.

I a blessed with a retirement plan, medical plan and some paid time off to recharge and breathe from the busy days.
Review from Operations Dept
Better perks & improved salary structure. Still feel that we are underpaid.
Review from Operations Dept
For my role and tenure, much less compared to state and country-wide averages, I am being paid at least $20k-30k less than I should be. Our benefits should include MUCH better coverage for dental, and especially for MENTAL HEALTH including THERAPY!!

I've worked here 2 years as a Licensed insurance agent with 5 years experience. I now make 90 cents more than I did 2 years ago. I'm a licensed professional making under 23 dollars an hour .
Review from Operations Dept

Review from Operations Dept
This is a unique role and the position is still being defined.

Compassion, empathy, solid group that has your back

They complete all assignments. They are not afraid to ask questions. As a new supervisor I go to them with questions as well. They don't look down on me for asking. The understand we are a team.
Review from Operations Dept
I would like to see a bit more attention to detail

Creo que el habiente de trabajo es bueno

There is a new joiner that continues to speak in Chinese even if i am around. This is NOT inclusivity
Review from Operations Dept
For them to be more inclusive and less judgemental
Review from Operations Dept
People needs to be professional and not sensitive specially if they are not the topic.
Review from Operations Dept
There is a desire to lift up others and make sure everyone feels included.

The care for the people and the surrounding communities
Review from Operations Dept
Employees appear to be happy. There isn't constant turn-over of employees. Everyone is professional.

Hire the individuals who have Professionalism, Diligence towards their role and responsibilities, Shouldn't have laid back behaviour, Have 'Win as One' approach. And after hiring if they lack such attributes, they should be coached and corrected to adapt those. This would help everybody and ADP. : )
Review from Operations Dept
less authority coming from HR, as HR should be in between company and workers, not only on the side of the company providing the company benefits and not the workers
Review from Operations Dept
Their management team, their mindset
Review from Operations Dept
THey need to promote more from within and make it easier for internals to move from one business division to another without the extensive interview process that externals are required to go through.
Review from Operations Dept
Do to immediate manager and his style. He is better as an individual contributer
Review from Operations Dept
My recruiter was a true partner on the journey
Review from Operations Dept
Friendly recruiters - they were amazing!

After you pass the initial screening, the in person and phone interviews are a conversation, not an interrogation. This is why we have so many great people to work with.
Review from Operations Dept
Although it does take quite a few interviews to land an offer, it makes sense as interviewers are not only looking out to fill a vacancy in a specific area but also take into account that it's the right job fit for the interviewee.
Review from Operations Dept
Way too slow. Recruitment needs to be closer to the business.
Review from Operations Dept
Working with people who love and care about the work we do as much as me.

I think decisions are make top down with no possibility for bottom layers to impact really in the decisisons. Plus strategy changes are not well managed and big changes overlap or are done in parallel, which adds stress.
Review from Operations Dept
Executives continually commit to increased efficiency while no tools are developed, and 'work arounds' are common rather than fixing tool disconnects with go forward platforms.
Review from Operations Dept
Think about the end user and customer before making decisions. Frustration and stress come from points of conflict between our systems and Client expectations, as well as Partner disconnect. Sometimes it feels like Sales or Design team have no idea what an end to end payroll looks like in reality.
Review from Operations Dept
regular system outages; short staffed in both product support and service teams; too many 'smart shored' support staff who are unavailable after mid day.
