What do you like best about the leadership team?
The GM i have, cares more for money than the crew that works for him. not a good long term plan. he allows the AGM to get away with things that no one should, including spit in a Door dash drivers face, cuss out customers and crew, sleep with crew members.. ect

simply being Staffed correctly would be enough for me. you do not run a 2 person close on a Friday night not only is it against policy it isn't possible to do week after week making me feel like i am not paid enough to put up with this

They could get more quality Area Coaches that actually care about the well being of their employee's and managers. They could give some sort of incentive to make people want to work there and do a good job. They could actually interview potential candidates and not just employ family members.

I would have someone other than Bobbi interview me. Her teeth popped out in the middle of the interview and she started choking. She also had no idea what questions to ask and mumbled/stuttered a lot.

The place is covered in black mold. Managers do not follow food safety protocol. They carry four hour ingredients over night and put them back on line like they dropped them fresh that morning. They do not prepare the carry over correctly or put it in the ice bath so it stays at a fresh temperature.

Undertrained management, From shift leaders all the way up to restaurant general managers, And upper management who refuse to train them properly. A ceo who Has no constructive communication with RGM's and is the root cause of 4 RGM's quitting with in the last 9 months.
