They share a lot of love for MacDonald's as a company and a brand but they feel undervalued and disappointed for the meantime. The one also I love the most is that there is multi-cultures from all nationalities.

What did you like most about the interview process?
They induce a high expectation for promotion and that all the administrators come from operation department but that reality after meeting the result that I'm seeing it change my perspective that full board of administration should come from operation.

A lot going wrong, the way that our company expending and willingness of employee turnover is very high but they can't leave due to restrictions for paying IQAMA Fees... we have a hard work operation..we can improve and lower stress by small things in layout and culture trainings.
