What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The Manager over me directly had next to no expirence at my job, where as I have 10 plus years expirence including at Wal-Mart during 3 Christmas seasons. It's safe to say I might know ways to streamline the unloading process. Manager would not even concider my ideas.

The Leadership Team needs to treat employees better and needs to learn the business instead of making those who they manage do everything in their place. The Leadership Team also needs to be more transparent and cut out the favoritism, which is blatantly obvious.

For a corperate store, the store manager treats his employees as a small mom & pop manager would. He knows all his employees first name & sends all his employees a hand signed Christmas card every year. He talks to you as a person first & an employee second.

Corporate does not see how stores are actually run and keep implementing policies that lower worker morale while wasting money. Trying to get tenured employees to quit so they can be replaced with part timers who are payed significantly less. Loss of knowledgeable employees equals bad service
