I feel like store managers and above forget what its like to work in A store so they tend to put out ridiculous ideas like no pallets in topstock, or no pallets on the floor during store hours. They seem to think night crew can handle 24 hours of freight in 8 hours with half the normal crew.

Asm's back the employees who are making changes for the better of our store.
What makes you most happy at work?
completing the days tasks while maintaining a clean work space and keeping the truckers on the road instead of sitting around waiting to be unloaded.
What are some of the best things about your team?
my recieving team always keeps the store going even when employees fail to meet the daily tasks. We prefer organization and cleanliness to hoarding or slacking.
