No customer service.Focus is totally on cutting cost.Staffing suxs.Dept.have Noone in them thru out the store.No loaders.Put people in place

Associates are dedicated to Lowes customers but management only wants freight put up and down stocking done.Irps and freight come before any
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Get a annual review per policy.Raise yearly .Been 2yrs no raise.Understaffed and over worked while Sr management got raises and bonuses.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Customer Service. Staffing is cut to the bone to cut expenses so their bonus is bigger.Few worker's on floor beat down until they can't go .
