The Manager over me directly had next to no expirence at my job, where as I have 10 plus years expirence including at Wal-Mart during 3 Christmas seasons. It's safe to say I might know ways to streamline the unloading process. Manager would not even concider my ideas.

The in store associates position is highly physical and sales focused. Therefore pay should reflect the effort and hardwork to service customers and selling product. 13 dollars per hour is not nearly enough.

It was easy and to the point

The whole interview process is always nerve wrecking, however, with Lowe's it felt more like a personal conversation with a friend than anything else. The recruiter was always easy to talk to and answered my emails within a reasonable timeframe.

The first interviewer was stressed and clueless. No idea of geography of the area he was recruiting in. Seemed more like a telemarketer than HR. Once I got past the gate keeper - much more professional/positive experience.
