  • Top Employee Response

No the best. The work a schedule similar to a swing shift no matter what a person prefers. So if you have children in school or other activities you only get to go to the event once a month. And the weekend scheduling is even worse

  • Lowes new customer centric scheduling leaves no time for family and scheduling anything outside of work. We used to have a 4 week rotation so we knew what days off we were to have now we have no idea. Also they let a program schedule was is best and there are always so many mistakes. the program is a disaster for the employee.

  • There is none. Lowe's only cares about scheduling bodies.....and generally without comprehensive consideration of any factor.

  • Time will tell. New CEO. But he failed at his last company.

  • Almost all store level employees cannot stand Niblock, especially tenured employees, due to the many ways he has taken the "human" out of human resources & appears to be grooming those left to be "Stepford" associates; all interchangable, spewing the company party line. To him, associates are a costly asset but warrant no further thought than, say, replacing a piece of power equipment.
