Lowes new customer centric scheduling leaves no time for family and scheduling anything outside of work. We used to have a 4 week rotation so we knew what days off we were to have now we have no idea. Also they let a program schedule was is best and there are always so many mistakes. the program is a disaster for the employee.

No the best. The work a schedule similar to a swing shift no matter what a person prefers. So if you have children in school or other activities you only get to go to the event once a month. And the weekend scheduling is even worse

Work comes before everything else in your life. Been that way since Niblock took over when Tillman retired.

There is none. Lowe's only cares about scheduling bodies.....and generally without comprehensive consideration of any factor.
