  • They ask you questions like "tell me about a time when you...." Which is 110% hard especially if you havent work in a long time.

  • Just like everywhere else nowadays. The exception is the online app, which can exclude some applicants before they even have a chance. I understand that it sorts out the riffraff but it can be difficult for someone who is not computer literate.

  • Unfair and work ethic and knowledge needs to be taken into consideration.

  • Depends how quick it spreads

  • The 3rd party Human resource doe not follow the Lowes coaching and corrective action policy. What qualifications does this non-lowes company have to assign and bypass stages of write-ups? Understandable class A violations are automatic termination. Other write-ups are bypassing stages and moving written warnings and terminations.

  • If it gets to the point they want you gone, HR drops off and you're stuck with a hostile, lying store manager and an ASM.

Asked to all employees at Lowe's Home Improvement

  • Not good. They aren't ever willing to help. The store is completely and totally understaffed. They expect you to work multiple areas with one pay. They are never willing to help you out when you have a project going on. Need more people and better leadership.

  • I have no idea its been years since I worked there but when I did they were friendly and nice but customer service cashiers had alot of drama.

  • It used to be great. Now, for the most part, it does not exist. Some stores, with good district, area and store managers have a good vibe still but the one I just left never has. (678)
