    Just like everywhere else nowadays. The exception is the online app, which can exclude some applicants before they even have a chance. I understand that it sorts out the riffraff but it can be difficult for someone who is not computer literate.

    Way too easy. They have a formal process they HAVE to follow that includes situational questions that are pre-defined that doesn't actually assess skills or behaviors. That's why the culture is so challenging to be a part of.

    They ask you questions like "tell me about a time when you...." Which is 110% hard especially if you havent work in a long time.

    Unfair and work ethic and knowledge needs to be taken into consideration.
