Depressed at the way employees are being treated. Lack of reliable schedules and too few employees. Am only allowed to work about 39 hours and am still expected to finish my "chores".

40 hours but that's only because they don't wanna pay people overtime. If they didn't care about that we would work a Lot more because the store is to understaffed.
